Sales Representative (Cold Calling Specialist)

Job Overview

We are looking for a part-time proactive Sales Representative to drive client growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate excels in cold calling, relationship building, objection handling, lead conversion and client onboarding. This is a target-driven, fast-paced and commission-friendly role with strong potential for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold call healthcare organisations like care homes, clinics, hospitals and local authorities
  • Generate and convert business leads into long-term clients
  • Build lasting relationships with decision-makers
  • Present services, pricing and compliance confidently
  • Handle objections and close deals
  • Onboard new clients and collaborate with internal teams
  • Track activity, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Meet or exceed monthly acquisition targets

Requirements

  • Previous sales or cold calling experience (healthcare a plus)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Resilient, confident, and target-driven
  • Comfortable with CRM/sales tracking tools
  • Must have laptop, internet and phone (if remote)
