FAQs

Your Questions Answered

What’s the difference between domiciliary care and live-in care?

Domiciliary care is scheduled visits (from 30 minutes to several hours). Live-in care places a carer in the home 24/7. We can transition you between the two if needs change.

What’s the minimum visit length?

Typically 30 or 60 minutes, depending on tasks and location. We’ll advise the safest minimum during assessment.

Can you help with medication?

Yes—our trained carers can prompt or administer (per training and care plan) and record MARs where required.

Do you provide overnight support?

Yes—sleeping nights (carer rests, available if needed) or waking nights (carer awake and monitoring).

How quickly can you start?

Often within 24–72 hours after assessment, subject to availability and risk planning.

Will we get the same carers?

We aim for continuity through a small, consistent team so you know who is coming.
