Do you cover nights and weekends?
Yes — we provide waking nights, sleeping nights, weekend support, bank holiday cover, and can respond to short-notice needs.
How do you manage behaviours that challenge?
Through Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), proactive routines, clear communication, and staff trained in de-escalation and least-restrictive practices.
Can you support education or work placements?
Absolutely. We build timetables around college, training, internships, or volunteering to support personal development goals.
What if needs change quickly?
We can step up hours, add an additional worker for 2:1 support, or transition to a Live-in Care model if 24/7 support becomes appropriate.
